SyMa Conductor, the cooling control layer

One coordinated cooling plant. Optimised every minute. On a dedicated controller, on site.

SyMa Conductor replaces uncoordinated single-loop control with a physics-based optimiser that picks the lowest-cost operating point for the whole plant, every minute, inside your safety envelope.

Control loop

From load forecast to actuator command, in one pass.

Step 1

Sense

Live temperatures, flows, pressures, and electrical readings.

Step 2

Predict

Physics model predicts component behaviour for each candidate operating point.

Step 3

Decide

Optimiser picks the combination that meets the load at the lowest cost, or the lowest CO2, within operator-defined limits and goals.

Step 4

Actuate

The controller writes setpoints to the plant's components, coordinating them as the optimiser directs. The operator retains override.

Operator HMI

An operator HMI, built for the control room.

Deployment

Weeks, not quarters.

Survey

We work from your plant schematics and the measurement data you already record, temperatures, loads, and electrical readings. No new instrumentation, no invasive site work. That is enough to begin.

Commission

Model is calibrated against the live plant. SyMa runs in shadow mode before taking authority.

Operate

Savings are measured against an agreed baseline. Reports go to your team monthly.

Commercial model

Shared savings, not licence fees.

SyMa is paid for out of the verified savings it produces. You agree a measurement baseline up front. We share a fraction of the measured savings. If there are no savings, there is no fee. The contract has a clear end.
